It is like designing a bicycle and assuming people will buy the wheels elsewhere. I can say that any revamp based on assuming players use a third party program is a poor revamp. The problem with polls like this is that unless you have an underlying analysis, then options just amount to: Something must be done, this is something, do it.

That mod has just been built so that without teamwork you really can't do anything. Just join public server and, boom! You have teamwork with mic communication 9 times out of 10. I have never seen so much teamwork, tactical and mature gaming in any other game than in Project Reality mod EVER. I think it would be just best to ape it from BF2 and take it from there. I highly encourage you to take a closer look to Battlefield 2 squad system, Project Reality and Mumble so you know what I'm talking about.īut please, answer the poll and throw some ideas how the squad system should be improved. This combination has been greatly appraised and and liked amongst the mature, tactical and fun community we have in Battlefield 2 mod called Project Reality (link below). It is god damn effective when used together with Mumble (link below), and it is SIMPLE. The best squad system I've ever seen is in Battlefield 2.
This game could be so much better with functional squad and communication system.
I wanted to make a little poll about this because to me the squad menu and the whole system is just poorly made and executed in Red Orchestra 2 and Rising Storm.
